Privacy notice

• When you make an enquiry — your name, email, phone number, and the answers you choose to give us (your timeline, budget range, what you’re looking for). You type these in; we don’t take them from anywhere else.
• As you watch our films — which of the short films you open and roughly how far you watch. This is so a consultant can talk to you about what you actually care about, rather than starting from a blank page.
• Basic website analytics — anonymous, aggregate page-view data to understand which pages are useful. Not tied to your name.
• Advertising measurement — we run our films as ads on Instagram, and we use Meta’s measurement tools (the Meta Pixel) to learn which ads lead to enquiries. If you enquire, we confirm that to Meta using hashed (scrambled, one-way) identifiers — never your messages, answers, or plans.

After you submit an enquiry, we store a small marker in your own browser (local storage) so that if you come back later and watch something new, we can let your consultant know you’re still exploring — and pick up the conversation where it left off rather than treating you as a stranger.

That marker holds only your own enquiry contact details and a note of which films we’ve already mentioned to your consultant. It stays on your device. Clearing your browser’s site data for this site removes it, and you can ask us to delete the records on our side at any time.

To reply to you, to match you with the right consultant, to prepare for your consultation, to measure our own advertising, and to improve the website. That’s the whole list. We don’t sell your information, and nobody advertises to you on our behalf — the only ad measurement we do is for our own films.

We use a small number of trusted tools purely to manage your enquiry: a customer relationship manager (Follow Up Boss) to keep your enquiry and notes in one place, a scheduling tool (Cal.com) when you book a consultation, and Meta’s ad measurement (hashed identifiers only) to know which of our Instagram films brought you here. They process this data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Clear your browser’s site data to remove the return-visit marker on your device.
• Ask us not to contact you further — we’ll honour it.
